After conducting an heuristic evaluation of the Beautifull Foods web site, recommendations were made to promote the brand message, improve the customer experience, and better fulfill business objectives. Heuristics assessed multiple aspects of the site including credibility, simplicity, efficiency, avoidance of errors, and error messaging. Recommendations were ranked and prioritized, including a summary of key recommendations and a phased approach for implementation.

Responsibilities:
