The following is a selection of user experience flows taken from a variety of ecommerce projects. Each flow is intended to represent a customer's path through a specific web site. Essential activities are identified based on customer goals and shopping behaviors. When appropriate, supporting persona information is integrated into the flow to help illustrate the path taken by a particular user. These user experience flows intended to explore new and creative ways to bring to life the traditional, "box and arrow" flow diagrams while promoting clarity and maintaining interest.
